Food Express Las Delicias

Commercial Tenant Improvement Completed Mendota, CA, USA Renovation of an existing restaurant for Food Express Las Delicias, reorganizing the interior to support updated food-service operations. The project introduced a new serving area and service counter while coordinating kitchen equipment, interior finishes, occupancy, and egress requirements. The construction document set consolidated the proposed modifications for agency review while retaining the existing dining, kitchen, utility, and storage areas. The project was documented for County of Fresno Environmental Health review and completed following agency approval.
